The Refund must be requested in priority to the unit or sector that made the purchase, informing the correct data of the students and bank account and later send the email to  financier@atlasservicos.com .

Refunds will be made within 15 business days by the Financial Department.

If the student wants to return the course book, it cannot be erased, otherwise the total value of the book will not be refunded along with the course refund. Credit card refunds are deducted from the card statement.
